Packaging
After this, Tulone Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil is ready to be packaged and placed directly on the national and international market.

Passage to the tank
After decanting, the obtained oil is ready to be stored in stainless steel silos at a controlled temperature, where it will undergo a further decanting and aging process.

Decantation
The resulting mixture then goes through the decanting process which separates the pure oil from the wet pomace.

Estraction
The olives are cold pressed through a double process of pressing and kneading at a low temperature.

Washing
The olives, brought to our oil mill on the same day of the harvesting, are gently washed with water before being sent to the extraction process.

Harvesting
Our olives are harvested when they are still green with light purple hues, the perfect degree of ripeness which guarantees the enhancement and the preservation of the organoleptic characteristics of the lot.
